The silicon, non-slip mat, has been specially developed for the setting down of ice cream dishes and supports the operator in the dispensing of the product. Combined with the ergonomically formed front, the mat can accommodate commercially available dishes in the format 36x16,5 und 36x25.
The Mixer, completely fabricated from stainless steel, has no central shaft, but is equipped with three stainless steel blades. The special blades are self-regulating, so that they are always perfectly aligned in the mixing chamber, preventing the ice cream from becoming encrusted. Thanks to this system, a complete removal of the ice cream is achieved, whilst the blades minimal wastage means a significant commercial saving.
Large dimensions ensure a speedy delivery of the mixture.
Directly readable for the selection of the mixing phase, cleaning and switch-off.
ICE CREAM EXTRACTION:
Large dimensioned opening minimises the extraction time and guarantees an unfluctuating consistency during the extraction.
